In our operations, we have developed a proprietary and fully integrated solution for water management and recovery within industrial processes. This system has evolved over time to deliver higher efficiency, reduced waste generation, and enhanced water reuse capabilities.
Our current process incorporates the following technological sequence:
1. Conventional Treatment Process
An initial conditioning of the effluent is performed to ensure system stability and enable optimal performance in subsequent treatment stages.
2. Reverse Osmosis (RO)
We apply reverse osmosis to separate high‑purity water from the concentrated process stream.

The obtained permeate is directly reused in the industrial process, significantly reducing fresh water consumption.

The RO reject, a concentrated stream, is routed to the next evaporation stage.
3. Water Distillation Evaporators
The generated concentrate undergoes an evaporation process developed by our engineering team, producing high‑quality distilled water.

The distilled water is reincorporated into the industrial process.

The remaining concentrate is sent for final disposal, substantially reducing the overall volume of waste requiring confinement.
Through this comprehensive system, we achieve the recovery of water with excellent quality suitable for continuous reuse, while reducing waste to minimal levels. This approach aligns with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) objectives and enables a significant reduction of sludge generation within the process.
